No. Every simulator and tool that is free today stays free, offline and unrestricted. Pro is additive.

Your workspace is provisioned by hand, and your credentials are sent to the work email you registered with.

The same as the free build: Windows 10+ and macOS 10.14+ as native installers with the runtime bundled; on Linux (Ubuntu 18.04+) you build from source with JDK 17+.
